There has been a lot of speculation in recent weeks as to who Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo will be facing at Slammiversary, with some speculating that it’ll be former WWE Superstar Ruby “Ruby Riott” Soho. According to a report from Fightful, that isn’t the case.
While it’s possible that Roho will eventually debut for Impact Wrestling, it won’t be happening at Slammiversary. If she has the standard non-compete WWE clause, she won’t be able to work for any other pro wrestling promotion until September.
As far as Purazzo’s Slammiversary opponent is concerned, it will be a surprise and is someone that isn’t currently on the main roster.
