WWE United States Champion Samoa Joe may have his next feud lined up.
Dave Meltzer reported on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio that the plan is for Braun Strowman to challenge Joe for the title going forward. This should be considered a rumor for now.
WWE Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor made the switch to the blue brand and Joe is now on Raw. Joe was scheduled to be on this week’s Raw in Montreal, QC at the Bell Centre on the USA Network but was sick and didn’t appear on the show.
During last week’s episode of SmackDown, Joe and Strowman had a physical altercation.
