WWE will return to Madison Square Garden in New York City with TV events for Monday Night RAW on Monday, September 9 and SmackDown Live on Tuesday, September 10
Dave Meltzer reported on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio that ticket sales have been “not good.” He didn’t provide specific ticket sale numbers but noted that neither show has sold-out yet despite WWE thinking that the RAW TV event would be an instant sell-out, which WWE viewed as “exceeding disappointing” that didn’t take place.
WWE had hoped to have the 15 minute instant sell-out for the shows because of the big demand for the product.
