Rumor on WWE Bringing Back King Of The Ring

This year’s King of the Ring tournament will be a multi-week tournament on both Raw and SmackDown. 

Dave Meltzer was asked during the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio if the return of the King of the Ring was a USA Network idea in order to increase ratings for RAW. 

Although he said that he wasn’t sure, but did note that it was being done to push a specific wrestler, but it’s unknown who at this time.
