Rumors about the early plans for WWE’s next pay-per-view event, Money in the Bank, has surfaced.
Dave Meltzer gave some early indications of what WWE is planning for the event in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. There will be the traditional doubleheader of Money in the Bank ladder matches (one for the men, one for the women, with both brands involved).
Also likely for the show includes Samoa Joe vs. Braun Strowman for the United States Title, Lacey Evans is expected to challenge Becky Lynch for the RAW Women’s Title, and Seth Rollins will defend the Universal Title against Drew McIntyre.
WWE is scheduled to hold the Money In The Bank pay-per-view event that takes place on Sunday, May 19, 2019 in Hartford, CT at the XL Center. This event airs on pay-per-view (PPV) and WWE Network.
