Former WWE Superstar Ryback has hit back at claims that he was dangerous to be in the ring with during his tenure with the company.
After first appearing as part of Tough Enough in 2004, Ryback debuted as Skip Sheffield on NXT in 2010 before donning the Ryback character in 2012.
On Twitter, Ryback claimed that he walked away from WWE for the good of his health and career, and alleged that fans who think he was “reckless and dangerous” will “eat sh*t.”
It’s wild that the truth of me walking away to save my health and career while not signing over my trademarks and business is believed by some marks that I was kicked out for being reckless and dangerous. It will be so satisfying watching you all eat shit and change your argument

After being released in 2016, Ryback had a handful of matches on the independent scene but has not wrestled professionally in years.
