During a contract signing between Impact Wrestling executive Scott D’Amore and Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo on this week’s episode of Impact, D’Amore made the passing comment to Purrazzo in regards to Slammiversary and Impact (in general), noting that “sometimes things around here get to be a little bit of a hot mess, but Slammiversary is truly going to be iconic. We’re in Nashville here … might be a little hardcore country.”
These are all direct references to former WWE Superstars Chelsea Green (hot mess), Mickie James (Nashville), and Billie Kay/Peyton Royce (The IIconics in WWE). All of whom we could very well see make appearances at Slammiversary this Saturday night in some capacity. You can check out some highlights from the segment below:
