Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler took a shot at TNA’s Bruce Prichard during the broadcast of WrestleMania 28. With reference to John Laurinaitis’ white suit, Lawler said ”that suit is so ugly, it would give Brother Love a heart attack!”
Brother Love is a former stage name of Prichard, who worked for WWE for 22 years and suffered a pair of small heart attacks recently. Ironically, Prichard currently works for TNA as their SVP of Talent Relations, a similar role to Laurinaitis’ in WWE. Harmless fun or a joke too far?
Recently released from TNA, Scott Steiner commented on Lawler’s joke. Steiner tweeted, “How app’ate wwe mentions tna by lawler makin fun of pritchard having heart attack… That fat piece o sh*t has ppl in tna that he was vinces rite hand man… n up there twice-saw he was go’fer/bitch ….lawlers joke is on par for what they thought of him… Keep on puttin mayonaise on yur pigs feet n porkloins u fat f**k… U were so close to makin alot of ppl happy.”
