— Scott Steiner defeated champion Santos to win the Dutch Heavyweight Championship during the 2013 edition of Dutch Pro Wrestling’s Grand Slam event. 757 fans from Holland and neighboring countries like Belgium, Germany and France gathered at the DPW Arena in Poeldijk, near The Hague, to see the event. Steiner became the sixth Dutch Heavyweight Champion in the history of Dutch Pro Wrestling.

— On November 17 Japanese wrestling legend Jushin “Thunder” Liger will make his Dutch wrestling debut at the Japanese Conflict event. He will face The Untamable Emil Sitoci in the main event. Tickets for Japanese Conflict are set to go on sale on Monday, June 17. Tickets start at 15 euro. There will also be a FanFest before show with a Q&A session, and photo and autograph opportunities featuring Liger.
