The Miz, after winning the WWE Intercontinental Title earlier on RAW 25 (the Barclays Center portion), showed up at the Manhattan Center and cut a promo. He said that he watched Shawn Michaels vs. Marty Jannetty for the Intercontinental Title when he was a kid, and now he is fighting to make the title relevant again. He promised to win the Royal Rumble and headline WrestleMania as the Intercontinental Champion.

Jeff Hardy came out during a dark segment after Matt Hardy’s match with Bray Wyatt at the Manhattan Center during Raw 25. Jeff got a huge pop from the Manhattan Center crowd and came out to hug Matt, who had just lost to Wyatt. Matt told the crowd that he lost a battle in the Great War, but asked Jeff where Wyatt would be once the War was done. Jeff sang the “Obselete” song and they hugged.
Christian’s Peep Show segment was initially set for the Manhattan Center earlier in the day but was eventually moved to Brooklyn.
