During Saturday’s WWE Crown Jewel 2023 pay-per-view event, Sami Zayn defeated Drew McIntyre to retain the World Heavyweight Championship in the opening match of the show.
The bout went back and forth as both men hit numerous finishers and scored multiple nearfalls to clinch the win.
Rollins ultimately had the last laugh as he nailed McIntyre with a Pedigree followed by the Curb Stomp to retain his title.
A dejected McIntyre headed to the back following the loss, however, Damian Priest ran down the ramp to cash in his Money In The Bank briefcase.
Just when Priest was about to cash in, a hooded Sami Zayn attacked The Judgment Day member and fled with the briefcase.
Priest chased Zayn through the crowd while Rollins posed with the title to celebrate his victory.
