On Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite, Cody Rhodes laid out the challenge to Shaquille O’Neal by saying he and Red Velvet were ready to meet Shaq and Jade Cargill in the ring.
The belief is that the match will take place at the AEW Revolution pay-per-view event. On Thursday’s Inside The NBA, Shaq gave his response to the challenge.
“I’ll tell you what, Cupcake Cody Rhodes. I’m gonna beat you like I almost beat Chuck [Charles Barkley]. Remember when I almost gave Chuck the left and he flinched? That’s how I’m gonna beat you. Name the place. I’m gonna wrestle him. It’s done. I’m gonna do it. I’m gonna wrestle Cody Rhodes. Me and Jade [Cargill] are gonna wrestle Cody and Red Pumpkin Pie [Red Velvet],” he said.
