During this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Shawn Spears appeared in a pre-taped segment and was disgruntled with AEW management. He said,
“I can work anywhere in the world with the talent that I have! You can tell Tony Khan and all the executive vice pricks I’ll come back if I feel like it! I bet on myself. I left New York. The grass isn’t always greener. You can change the three letters, but you can’t change the glass ceiling. At least, not for me.”
Spears took to social media today and he’s continuing to push the angle. He deleted his Twitter account and his Instagram account has been set to private. Also, his profile has been removed from the official AEW roster page.
