– New England Patriots gave approval to tight end Rob Gronkowski taking part in the WrestleMania battle royal angle on Sunday. According to Pro Football Talk, Gronkowski checked with the team in advance and management did not oppose it.
Per source, Rob Gronkowski discussed his WWE cameo in advance with the Patriots and the team did not oppose it.
