– WWE announced that Tim Wiese, a former German goalkeeper, will be traveling to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida to train.

“Tim is tenacious,” said The Game. “He continues to be very vocal in his desire to prove that he has what it takes, and he has shown tremendous resilience and determination to create an opportunity for himself. This is his break to walk his talk. If all goes well in Florida, he will get his chance in the ring.”

“I have been training hard for this, and I am excited for the opportunity,” Wiese said. “No matter what it takes, my goal is to be in that WWE ring this November. I want that match!”

– 2K Sports announced on Tuesday that WWE portrait artist Rob Schamberger will be at the 2K booth painting WWE 2K17 roster members at E3. Here is the press release:

This year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo is almost upon us, and we’re excited to announce our plans for the show. WWE portrait artist Rob Schamberger will be at the 2K booth painting WWE 2K17 roster members live all three days of the show (June 14-16). This will be the first reveal of new roster members since Goldberg was announced as the WWE 2K17 pre-order bonus character, so be sure to visit the booth or follow us on social to find out who’s next!

Schamberger caught the eye of WWE years ago with his striking portraits of WWE Superstars. Now his work is on sale through theWWE Shop and WWE Auction and he makes frequent appearances at WWE events like WrestleMania Axxess and SummerSlam to sell his work and meet fans.
