PWinsider.com is reporting that the originally scheduled Triple Threat match between Johnny Gargano, Tommaso Ciampa and Aleister Black for the NXT Title at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn IV will not take place due to Black undergoing surgery following a groin injury suffered on an NXT live event.
The main event will likely be Ciampa vs. Gargano for the NXT Title in the main event.
The NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn 4 event takes place on Saturday, August 18, 2018 in Brooklyn, New York at the Barclays Center and will air on the WWE Network. Here is the updated card:
