WWE officially announced two fatal four-way tag team matches for WrestleMania 39 with one for the men and the other for the women.
WWE held a qualifying match for the women’s match on Friday Night SmackDown this week where Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez defeated Emma and Tegan Nox to advance to the showcase match.
There will be three other teams including Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler, who had their WrestleMania 39 plans scrapped as they were supposed to challenge for the Women’s Tag Team Titles.
WrestleVotes previously reported that The Street Profits vs. Alpha Academy vs. Viking Raiders vs. Braun Strowman and Ricochet will make up the men’s match. The account shared the news on the women’s match with Raquel and Morgan vs. Rousey and Baszler vs. Natalya and Shotzi vs. Carmella and Chelsea Green being the participants.
As of last creative discussion, the women’s fatal four way at WrestleMania will be: Raquel/ Liv vs. Shayna / Ronda vs. Nattie / Shotzi vs. Carmella & Chelsea.
