Fightful Select have some notes from tonight’s RAW TV tapings, including news of a WWE Superstar that is set to return from injury.
Rick Boogs will make his return tonight to WWE. Boogs was injured in the opening match of last year’s WrestleMania pay-per-view event and has been on the shelf ever since. Boogs teamed with Shinsuke Nakamura to take on The Usos at the Showcase of the Immortals. Internal notes for tonight’s show have Boogs squaring off against The Miz.
Tony D’Angelo and Damon Kemp of NXT are in town to work tonight’s WWE Main Event tapings.
Other notes for the show indicate that IYO SKY will face Candice LeRae, Austin Theory will be a guest on The VIP Lounge, and we’ll also get an in-ring promo from Becky Lynch. Bronson Reed will take on Dolph Ziggler in another Elimination Chamber qualifying match.
Cody Rhodes’ promo is expected to be interrupted by Finn Balor.
