Lucha Underground held two TV tapings over this past weekend in Boyle Heights, California. Here are the spoilers from those tapings:
April 23rd tapings:
– Puma & Tessa Blanchard beat Marty the Moth & Mariposa in a dark match.
– Mundo © defeated Sexy Star in a steel cage match to retain the LU Title. The finish came when Mundo tore off Star’s mask, and he climbed over the cage.
– Cage defeated a masked man in a squash match. This led to Sexy Star walking out and yelling at the masked man to fight Cage again.
– Texano beat Joey Ryan. The finish came when Famous B and Beautiful Brenda walked out to the ring and distracted Ryan. Brenda gave Texano a horseshoe and he hit Ryan with it for the pin. Post-match, Brenda and Famous B tried to celebrate with Texano, but he walked to the back instead.
April 24th tapings:
– Kevin Kross pinned Scorpio Sky (with Priscilla Kelly) in a dark match.
– Sexy Star beat Mariposa
