WWE taped tonight’s edition of NXT on Wednesday, February 1st, 2017, from Winter Park, FL at the Full Sail University. Here are the spoilers for tonight’s show.
— Tag Team Match: Sanity defeated The Bollywood Boyz. Post-match, Nikki Cross calls out Asuka. Eric Young said that he humbled Tye Dillinger and that Dillinger belongs with Sanity.
— Singles Match: Liv Morgan defeats Billie Kay.
— Tye Dillinger cuts a promo in the back saying that he lost to a numbers game and that would not join Sanity. This led to Sanity jumping him from behind. They brawl from the backstage area to the ring, which led to Roderick Strong and No Way Jose making the save.
— Tag Team Match: The Revival defeat Heavy Machinery. Post-match, The Revival cuts a promo about how they are the greatest tag team in wrestling today and that they challenge Authors of Pain to a Tag Team Title match. Authors of Pain, as well as Paul Ellering, walk out. Ellering said that anyone who challenges them would be ground to dust by the AOP. This led to The Revival attacking AOP and running to the back.
— Bobby Roode cuts a promo in the ring about how he told everyone he was on another level from everyone else and that he proved that time and time again. He said that Shinsuke Nakamura was dominant for a decade in Japan and he beat everyone in NXT except Bobby Roode.
— Six-Man Tag Team Match: Sanity defeats Tye Dillinger, No Way Jose, and Roderick Strong
