Many people come through the NXT Performance Center, but not everybody is always head out of the world of WWE.
It appears that NXT upstart Stacey Ervin Jr. may be done with NXT and Pro Wrestling altogether after suffering a “concussion scare” according to Squared Circle Sirens owner Casey’s Twitter:
He was given some time to think about it but people think he's 100% done. He had what I'm told was a concussion scare and that's what did him in.

Ervin just appeared on a recent episode of NXT in a losing tag team effort to The Street Profits.
While he hasn’t officially confirmed or denied anything, Stacey Ervin Jr. teased a new beginning for himself on his Twitter:
