Steph De Lander suffered an injury during Matt Cardona’s title match against Shawn Spears at Friday night’s WSW “Full Throttle” event.
While Cardona was defending his WSW World Title against Spears in the main event, De Lander injured herself while taking a table bump. Due to the injury, she has been pulled from the rest of the WSW Full Throttle tour.
De Lander wrote the following on Twitter regarding the injury,
“Unfortunately last night at @WSWWrestlingAUS during the main event, there was a miscommunication and I ended up hitting my head on the concrete floor. Due to the nature of my injury, doctors have pulled me from the remainder of the tour… I will have more updates as they come. So sorry to everyone who was excited to see me this trip.”

In other news, Toni Storm defeated Kiera Hogan in a singles match on this week’s episode of AEW Collision. During the match, Storm did a spot where she bit Hogan’s butt, and Diamante is none too happy about it.
For those unaware, Diamante and Kiera Hogan are dating in real-life.
Diamante took to Twitter following the bout, writing,
“Count yo days Toni, it’s cheek for cheek round here! Better keep em covered! Imma get my bite back.”
