Jon Bravo’s documentary following the Iron Addicts Gym tells the story of gym owner Richard Rodriguez’s steroid ring bust. The gym was raided last February by the DEA after a year-long investigation that led to Rodriguez’s arrest. He is being accused of importing goods from China, manufacturing illegal steroids in Arizona, and distributing them in Miami.

Per a report from Forbes, Wellness Fitness Nutrition LLC (WFN), which is Rodriguez’s company, had “at least 50 customers in the Eastern District of New York” and also made over $10 million off the distribution of illegal steroids. In a recent interview with Bravo, Rodriguez claimed WWE Superstar Roman Reigns and actors Mark Wahlberg and Josh Duhamel were clients of his.

Reigns released the following statement denying his involvement in the scandal:

“I have never heard of Richard Rodriguez or Wellness Fitness Nutrition,” Reigns stated. “I learned from the mistake I made nearly two years ago and paid the penalty for it. Since then, I’ve passed 11 tests as part of WWE’s independent drug testing program.”

Wahlberg and Duhamel also denied the allegations in their own statements. Bravo has released another video of his interview with Rodriguez, and this time he claimed that the only reason he names the three celebrities was to receive a better plea deal. There are also bigger names involved in the scandal that won’t be revealed until after the documentary is released.

Rodriguez says he was introduced to Reigns by a wrestling enthusiast a few years ago, and also said that he has the text messages to prove he and Reigns were associated with one another:

“That information with us communicating with Roman via text messages will be provided to the appropriate party, which will then be disclosed prior to our documentary that’s going to be filmed soon,” Rodriguez said.

Rodriguez claims that he will be providing some “snippets of proof” in the next week; and that will include  text messages, tracking numbers and addresses where he had the products delivered. Delivery spots include movie sets in London and various other locations where the pickups could be made.
