According to court records, Sytch appeared before a judge on Friday evening in Monmouth County, New Jersey. She was released from the Monmouth Correctional Facility at 7:44PM EST and has been ordered to make weekly check-ins with the court. She is also not allowed to possess any weapons.

Additionally, the police report notes that the incident that caused Sytch’s arrest was recorded by the dash camera of the police car that responded.

ORIGINAL: We reported yesterday here on eWn that WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch has been arrested yet again.

In an update on this, TMZ is reporting that Sytch allegedly threatened to kill a man with a pair of scissors. The police report notes that Sytch threatened to kill her “intimate partner” with a pair of scissors following a domestic dispute.

Sytch reportedly raised a pair of scissors “toward the victim” and threatened to kill him as an officer watched on. The officer who witnessed the incident said Sytch “appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol”. The man in question was not injured and Sytch was taken into custody. She was booked into the Monmouth County Jail at 11AM EST.

Sytch has been charged with two counts of illegal weapon possession and one charge of terroristic threats. As of this writing, she is still in custody and doesn’t have a bond set. That could be because she hasn’t gone before a judge yet.

Back in February 2019, Sytch was busted for DUI. It marked the 6th time she was arrested for the charge.
