Tammy “Sunny” Sytch Reportedly Served Civil Lawsuit

PWInsider is reporting that Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was finally served her lawsuit from the estate of Julian Lasseter on May 13th. Lassetter was the 75-year old man who tragically died in a fatal car crash in late March. The lawsuit from Lasseter’s estate is seeking over $100,000. The report notes that Tammy Sytch’s boyfriend James Pente has also been served.

The report notes that the process servers were eventually able to find the prison where Sytch is currently being housed. As of the time of writing, she has yet to respond to the lawsuit.

Tammy Sytch is facing a total of nine charges currently. This includes four counts of DUI causing injury to a person and three counts of DUI causing damage to property. Most serious of all, Sytch has been charged with one count of DUI causing death, as well as one count of operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license. Both of these latter two charges are felonies in the third degree.
