Tammy “Sunny” Sytch’s day in court has been delayed yet again, nearly a year after the vehicular accident that killed a 75-year-old man.
In March 2022, Sytch was involved in a three-car collision that killed Julian Lasseter and a toxicology report determined that her blood alcohol content was about 3.5 times the legal limit during the crash.
Sytch is facing eight charges of wrongdoing, the most serious of which being DUI Manslaughter.
Pwinsider reports that Sytch’s pre-trial hearing, which after being previously delayed, was scheduled to take place this week, has been pushed back to February 16.
Sytch’s attorney requested the postponement, citing that there were three separate instances of witnesses being deposed this month.
The wrestling valet has waived her right to a speedy trial and has claimed that Lasseter died of a heart attack unrelated to the collision, that happened to take place at the time of the crash.
Sytch has pleaded not guilty to the charges against her, and if convicted, the WWE Hall of Famer faces up to 26 years in prison.
