According to a report from News Daytona Beach, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy ‘Sunny’ Sytch’s BAC (blood alcohol content) level at the time of her fatal car crash last month was a 0.280, which is three-and-a-half times the legal limit and is also close to death for some individuals.
As you know by now, 75-year old Julian Lasseter was killed in the crash and Sytch is facing nine charges, including DUI manslaughter. She is also facing a lawsuit from Lasseter’s family.
While Sytch spent Friday night in jail following her arrest, she was bonded out on Saturday afternoon after appearing before a judge. Sytch was released from custody at 12:14 PM following a $227,500 surety bond that was posted by a bail bondsman.
Sytch is facing charges of DUI manslaughter, driving with a suspended or revoked license causing death or serious injury, and seven counts of DUI causing damage to a person or property.
The DUI manslaughter charge is a felony in the state of Florida. She is currently facing thirty years in prison, with a four-year minimum sentence and $10,000 in fines.
