As we’ve noted, Teddy Hart was arrested following an incident with his girlfriend, Maria Manic. He has been charged with strangulation resulting in wounding/bodily harm. Also, independent wrestler Ace Montana claimed that Hart assaulted Manic. Hart’s charge is a class six felony and he could be looking at one to five years in prison in addition to a $2,500 fine.
According to a report from PWInsider, Hart’s court date in Richmond, Virginia has been pushed back to June 10 at 2:15 p.m.
