After suffering an absolutely devastating and debilitating knee injury last year during the Mae Young Classic, Tegan Nox returned to in-ring action at yesterday’s NXT event in Orlando, Florida.

Tegan Nox returned to action Thursday night for the first time since suffering a devastating knee injury in last year’s Mae Young Classic. The Welsh Superstar made her comeback at an NXT Live Event in Orlando, Fla.
Nox tore her MCL, LCL, ACL and both menisci in her left knee last August in a Mae Young Classic quarterfinal match against Rhea Ripley.
The setback was especially tragic given Nox had to miss much of the previous year due to an ACL tear in her right knee. That injury occurred shortly after she joined the WWE Performance Center in 2017 and prevented Nox from competing in the inaugural Mae Young Classic.
Tegan tweeted the following after in response to the love and support she received for her return:
The reactions to last night’s events made me make a smile that has been missing for a VERY long time! Thank you 💙
