Impact Wrestling stars The Good Brothers (Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson) made a comment on their “Talk N’ Shop” podcast about the time they were told by WWE officials not to say “Beat Up John Cena!” anymore in 2016 during Cena’s feud with AJ Styles.
Karl Anderson said,
“It was definitely [Mark] Carano. Most of the things we did, they kind of didn’t let us do anymore.“
