It was reported back in June that Jeff Hardy had been suspended without pay from AEW following an arrest for felony DUI. At the time, AEW President Tony Khan issued a statement that directly stated Hardy would not be allowed to return to All Elite Wrestling unless he successfully completed a rehab program and can maintain his sobriety.
According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Jeff Hardy will be finishing his rehab program soon. At that point, he’d be able to return to the company but would be monitored closely.
Hardy has pleaded not guilty to the charges and will have a pre-trial hearing next month.
