Johnny Gargano recently removed the “NXT on USA Network” references from his Twitter and Instagram bios. He still has a link to his WWE.com page though.
Last month it was reported that Gargano’s WWE contract is due to expire on December 3, 2021.
Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that there is nothing to him leaving earlier than his deal expires at all right now just because he removed the NXT references.
It was also said there are things written for him on NXT for future shows so he is not done with WWE, at least not as of now.
There is no word on if he wants to stay, but the two sides will likely have contract negotiations either way.
