Kota Ibushi hasn’t been seen in New Japan Pro Wrestling since October 2021, this after a series of injuries and issues with management. Ibushi’s last match with the company saw him lose to Kazuchika Okada in the G1 Finals.
According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Ibushi is still rehabbing his shoulder. The process is said to be going very slow and there is no word on when he’ll be able to return.
