According to indie wrestling promotion Lucha Empire, The Lucha Brothers (Pentagón Jr. & Rey Fenix) were “too banged up” to travel to their “War In Texas” event that was scheduled for today. Due to this, they have cancelled the entire event. The Lucha Bros had a brutal match with The Young Bucks during Saturday night’s AEW “Double or Nothing” event.
There is no word on how serious their injuries are as of this writing.
