Tonight is the night.
The Miz and Maryse will renew their wedding vows in a special segment that has been heavily advertised leading up to tonight’s show at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan.
As noted, WWE has released a video featuring Maryse commenting about The Miz as she prepares for their wedding vow renewals on the final Monday Night Raw show of 2021.
In addition to the Maryse video, WWE has also uploaded a similar video with The Miz commenting about Maryse ahead of the big wedding vow renewal segment on tonight’s show.
In his video, The Miz stated the following: “Since the moment I saw Maryse, I knew she was the one. Those eyes, her smile, I couldn’t picture spending my life with anyone else. She stopped me dead in my tracks. When I laid my eyes on Maryse, I said, this is the most beautiful person in the world and I have to marry this woman. Our wedding was a fantasy, she was the most breathtaking bride, she looked like a princess in a fairy tale. If you tallied all of my accomplishments, the championships, the WrestleMania main events, the world tours. Nothing, and I mean, absolutely nothing compares to meeting my beautiful bride Maryse. A groundbreaking performer, incredible wife, the most amazing mother of two beautiful girls. I cannot wait to renew my wedding vows with my beautiful wife Maryse tonight on Raw. This is gonna be special, this is gonna be awesome.”
In her video, Maryse commented: “The first time I met Michael Mizanin was in 2006 when I entered the WWE Diva Search. I knew he was going to be the love of my life. I mean, Mike is everything. Mike is the best husband. Mike is the best father. And I cannot wait to renew our vows with you tonight.”
