Karl Anderson will at last defend his Never Openweight Championship for New Japan at the promotion’s event on December 14.
Last month, Anderson and Luke Gallows returned to WWE to aid AJ Styles in his feud with the Judgment Day.
It had been reported that Anderson would defend his title at NJPW Battle Autumn on November 5, but the Champion instead chose to compete at WWE Crown Jewel.
On Instagram, Anderson confirmed his title defense for NJPW’s World Tag League & Super Jr. Tag League Night 17.
The Machine Gun added that Gallows will be by his side, and the video also featured AJ Styles.
