Following last week’s live WWE Draft edition of SmackDown defeating Monday night RAW in the ratings department, things returned to normal this week. Tuesday night’s WWE SmackDown Live! broadcast drew 2.743 million viewers, with a 0.98 demographic rating. Those numbers are down 18% and 13% from last week’s 3.17 million viewers, with a 1.18 demo rating. It should be noted that the demo rating was still the best for WWE SmackDown in years and the viewership was the highest since the January 29th, 2015 episode.
As far as cable originals are concerned, WWE SmackDown ranked #2, trailing CNN’s post-Democratic National Debate coverage at 10PM EST. That show drew 6.105 million viewers, with a 1.35 demo rating.
