The ratings for this week’s WWE SmackDown Live! broadcast are in and the show was a victim of the Olympics this week. Monday’s WWE RAW broadcast and almost every other show on cable TV have been suffering this week due to the NBC’s coverage of the Olympics. Tuesday night’s episode of WWE SmackDown Live! drew 2.455 million viewers, with a 0.81 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic. Those numbers are down 8% and 13% from the previous week’s 0.93 and 2.681 million viewers. The numbers also represent the lowest numbers of the USA Network era of SmackDown thus far but still top all the show’s SyFy numbers since WrestleMania.
Among cable originals for the night, WWE SmackDown Live! ranked #2, trailing OWN’s The Have and Have Nots (0.85 demo rating, 2.885 million viewers).
