– This week’s “WWE Backstage” broadcast drew a 0.04 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic, with 134,000 viewers. Those numbers are up 300% and 283%. Last week’s episode only drew a 0.01 demo rating, with 35,000 viewers. The demo rating was the best for the show since the February 18th episode (0.05). The audience was the highest since the February 11th episode (169,000 viewers).
The jump in the numbers is likely due to the strong lead-in, which was the re-airing of the 2020 Royal Rumble pay-per-view event.
WWE Backstage ranked #142 for the night among cable originals.
– The ratings for Tuesday night’s episode of “Dark Side of the Ring” were down as expected but they were still very good. The show drew an 0.11 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic, with 229,000 viewers. Those numbers are down 21% and 28% from last week’s Chris Benoit-focused season premiere. That show did a 0.14 demo rating, with 320,000 viewers.
Dark Side of the Ring came in at #98 among cable originals.
