Below are some highlights:
Dash:
“Tag team wrestling gets overlooked a bit, especially nowadays. We take a lot of pride in what we’ve done and we’ve been able to accomplish with those restrictions. I don’t know if we’ll ever get the recognition, but we’ll keep doing what we do to bring glory back to tag team wrestling.”
Dawson:
“I don’t know if we’ll ever get any kind of credit for that. This is going to sound a bit egotistical, but I don’t think we get the credit we deserve as far as changing tag team wrestling and bringing it back to where it was. There’s still a time where they throw guys together and have these ‘tag team matches.’ Then you have these actual tag teams. And there’s only a handful of actual tag teams who know how to work the style of tag team wrestling and make it work. I don’t know if we’ll ever get the credit I feel we deserve. But we have WWE 2016 Match of the Year, WWE Tag Team of the Year, first-ever triple crown tag team champions. We have the accolades to back up what we believe.”
