Emmy award winner Yahya Abdul-Mateen II is in the leading role.The Rock’s production company, Seven Bucks, will co-produce with Beau Flynn’s Flynn Pictures.
The film is written by Rory Haines and Sohrab Noshirvani. It’s about the underground music scene.
