MTV has announced that this year’s recipient of the Generation Award will be none other than former WWE Champion Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson:

The Rock took to Twitter to react to the honor:

Johnson will be present for the ceremony on June 17, which will air at 9 p.m. ET. It will be the first time Johnson returns to the MTV awards ceremony since he himself hosted the program alongside Kevin Hart. Former Generation Award winners include Chris Pratt, The Fast & Furious Franchise, Will Smith, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Wahlberg, Jamie Fox, Johnny Depp, and more.
