We reported back in November that independent wrestler Matt Travis was riding his bike on a path in East Harlem, New York when he was struck and killed by a dump truck. The driver of the vehicle, Luc C. Vu, was arrested in December. He was charged with reckless driving, failure to yield to a bicyclist, failure to obey a traffic device, driving left of pavement marking and failure to exercise due care.
In an update on this, the trial date for Vu in New York Criminal Court has been set for April 20th.
