As reported yesterday here on eWn, former University of Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops will become the head coach of the Dallas XFL team. The promotion confirmed today that Stoops would serve as the head coach and general manager for the Dallas team when the league makes its return in 2020.
For those unaware, Stoops was the Head Coach for Oklahoma from 1999 until he retired in 2017. You can check out several photos and videos from the press conference earlier today. WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross, a huge Oklahoma fan, also reacted to the news:
