Pooja (@Pooka0903), the marketing manager for Sony Six (which airs TNA in India), sent out tweets that were re-tweeted by iMPACT! Wrestling and Sony Six.
He wrote: “Looking forward to the #TNA superstars tour in India , follow @SonySIX for more details! Gearing up for the #TNA starts , tour of India.. Countdown begins , follow @SonySIX for all the action !”
TNA will either hold events in India or send some of their wrestlers to the country. In 2005, they sent Sonjay Dutt, Simon Diamond and Shark Boy to the country. In 2010, Jay Lethal, Kurt Angle and Mick Foley promoted the company on a three-city tour. In 2012, TNA sent several wrestlers and creative talents to produce Ring Ka King, a wrestling show specifically for the Indian market.
