Kimber Lee was set for a pre-trial hearing in her DUI case on Tuesday, January 2, at Highlands County Court in Florida.
Lee is facing charges of DUI, resisting a law enforcement officer with violence and battery concerning her arrest on May 11, 2023.
The planned hearing in January was granted a continuance at the request of Lee’s legal team.
The lawyers pleaded that they were trying to set up depositions, with the officer involved in the arrest set to provide one on January 11th.
The hearing was postponed to February 7.
