WWE is building tonight’s episode of RAW around the return of John Cena in his hometown of Boston. The belief is that it will set up his WrestleMania 39 feud with United States Champion Austin Theory.
Fightful Select reports that those in WWE say they want to make it a good episode, which is why they loaded up the show.
One person of influence in WWE noted that with the number of additional eyes on the show due to Logan Paul and Cena appearing, they’re looking to highlight multiple names ahead of WrestleMania 39.
The matches confirmed for the show include Kevin Owens vs. Solo Sikoa, Bianca Belair vs. Carmella, Finn Balor vs. Johnny Gargano, and Sami Zayn vs. Jimmy Uso.
