As seen on this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, Ariel Helwani made an appearance to hype Saturday night’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view event.
Tony Khan, who has had issues in the past with Helwani, took to Twitter and didn’t hold back. The AEW President ripped into the MMA journalist, calling him a “fraud.” Khan wrote,
“You’re a fraud @arielhelwani. You’re as legitimate of a reporter as @tonyschiavone24.
#AEWRampage”
For those unaware, Helwani became agitated while interviewing Tony Khan last year, this after the latter kept saying he couldn’t comment on many of the questions that were being asked of him.
As of this writing, Helwani has not responded to Tony Khan’s tweet.
