As noted, Jeff Hardy has been charged with Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense Within 10 Years. Hardy has been suspended without pay by AEW.
Hardy did have a physical license and often used it to rent vehicles. It doesn’t appear to have caused any issues outside of North Carolina.
Shortly after the arrest, AEW President Tony Khan noted in a statement that Hardy was willing to go to rehab and has been suspended indefinitely.
During today’s media call, Khan confirmed that Jeff Hardy is in rehab.
The AEW star is scheduled for a court appearance on July 5th at 2:30 PM ET.
"Jeff [Hardy] is doing much better. Jeff is in treatment." He doesn't want to compare Jeff's situation to Moxley's because Jeff was arrested for DUI.
