Former WWE Superstar Tony Nese took to Twitter today and commented on what’s next for him. As you know, Nese was often featured on the WWE 205 Live brand. Nese noted today that he’s looking forward to working with some of the best talent out there. He said,
“Although the talent I’ve mixed it up with for the past few years was some of the best talent in the world. I really can’t wait to not wrestle the same f’n names every week.”
He also addressed fans who said he constantly bashes the 205 Live roster, saying,
“To those of you who only ever see the negative in things. This was a light hearted joke. 205ers are family and we would have wrestled eachother for the rest of our lives with a huge smile (and we would always kill it). Sometimes families tease each other and make jokes.”
Nese’s 90-day no-compete clause expires on September 25th. He’s also confirmed to appear at Daily Wrestling’s live event on that same day.
